Property Rental, Maintenance and Management
We recognise that your purchase in Kavanjin is a big investment. It is therefore essential that, following completion and title transfer, your property is properly managed and maintained - particularly in your absence.
In addition, if you wish to rent your property you will also require a rental management service to cover all aspects of the rental preparation, administration and changeover.
We work very closely with several reputable property rental, maintenance and management companies based on the island of Brač and in Split, and will be happy to make the relevant introductions and oversee and help in their appointment as managing agents.
