Construction - External
- Concrete structure with thermally efficient clay block masonry infill walls
- External rendered and painted finished walls with Knauf stone wool insulation slabs providing thermal insulation to Eurocode standards EN 1991
- Hand crafted Brač stone facades to boundary walls. Stone detailing to individual buildings
- Terracotta tiled pitched roofs on reinforced concrete structure
- UPVC window frames with double insulated, thermal compliant glass to Eorocode standard EN 1991
- Solid timber external window shutters
- Security front door with 5 lever high security locks and hinge bolts
- Gardens finished with graded top soil and laid to bark chippings and local vegetation

- Walls – Plastered masonry
- Doors - Solid wood with brushed stainless steel handles
- Floors - Solid concrete with wood block, lacquered Parquet or Neutral ceramic tile
- Electrical installations to Eurocode EN 50090
